Shifts Available
- Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (OT Fri + some Saturdays)
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $24.50 – $28.25/hr
Environment:
Heavy manufacturing
- Perform structural welding & fitting on large steel poles
- Use Metalcore & Flux Core (FCAW) welding
- Read and follow blueprints & weld drawings
- Fit, align, and assemble large structural components
- Complete required weld & fitting tests (1G plate)
- Inspect welds for quality & accuracy
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
- 1+ years structural welding/fitting experience
- Experience with large structural materials
- Proficient in Metalcore & Flux Core welding
- Ability to pass 1G weld test (½" plate, metalcore)
- Ability to pass fitting test
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Reliable work history
- Experience with large poles or structural fabrication
- Experience in heavy manufacturing environments

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $28.25/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
