Operate and monitor rock, sand, and gravel plant equipment to batch, crush, and sort materials for construction projects;
Control machinery from the panel board, ensuring smooth feeding, crushing, and sifting processes;
Observe gauges and machinery to uphold strict quality and safety standards;
Keep the worksite and plant clean, organized, and safe for all team members;
Conduct routine plant maintenance and report any major issues to supervisors for quick resolution;
Assist in repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed;
Mentor and train newer team members;
Performing general labor duties as required—your reliability makes a difference every day
