- 2nd Shift:Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
- includes an additional 11.5% premium on top of base pay
- Set up and weld components for sheet metal products using MIG (primary) and TIG (as needed); opportunities to learn robotic welding and laser welding
- Secure parts using fixtures, jigs, and holding tables
- Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanneal, and exotic metals
- Read and interpret blueprints to meet precise specifications
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Troubleshoot weld issues and maintain high-quality standards
- Proven MIG welding experience on carbon steel (required)
- TIG experience (stainless steel & aluminum) is a plus
- Fitter/Welder experience is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and effective communication
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and climb for most of the shift
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs (with lifting devices when possible)
- Work in tight or confined spaces as needed
