Southern Specialties is growing in Tulsa—and we’re looking for skilled Welders who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. • Climate-controlled shop – stay comfortable year-round
• Consistent schedules with built-in long weekends
• 11.5% shift premium on all hours worked
• Work on varied, high-quality metal components, not repetitive low-skill production

• 2nd Shift:Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
  • includes an additional 11.5% premium on top of base pay

• Set up and weld components for sheet metal products using MIG (primary) and TIG (as needed); opportunities to learn robotic welding and laser welding
• Secure parts using fixtures, jigs, and holding tables
• Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanneal, and exotic metals
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet precise specifications
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Troubleshoot weld issues and maintain high-quality standards

• Proven MIG welding experience on carbon steel (required)
• TIG experience (stainless steel & aluminum) is a plus
• Fitter/Welder experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and effective communication

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and climb for most of the shift
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs (with lifting devices when possible)
• Work in tight or confined spaces as needed
