Job Title
Rebuild Mechanic - Catoosa, Oklahoma
OverviewNGSG has immediate openings for a Rebuild Mechanic. The role involves rebuilding reciprocating compressors and/or industrial engines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, reading milling equipment (micrometers and calipers), reading prints to determine replacement parts needed, and providing written reports to management. The position requires at least 3 years of experience and the necessary tools to perform the job.
Responsibilities- Rebuild reciprocating compressors and/or industrial engines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Read and use milling equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
- Read and interpret prints to determine required replacement parts.
- Prepare written reports for management.
- Work four 10-hour shifts per week; overtime is expected on Fridays.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in rebuild mechanics.
- Own or have access to required tools for the job.
- Reliable transportation; relocation assistance not provided.
- Ability to commute to a fabrication shop in Catoosa, Oklahoma.

Full-time. - Hours:
40 per week (4 × 10-hour shifts). - Pay:
Determined by experience. - Shift: Day shift.

- Must lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must perform activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and full body movement (climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching).
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools.
- Visual acuity is necessary to read blueprints, measure components, and inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
- Must tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and fabrication shop conditions.
- Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including welding hood, gloves, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
