Pallet Builder-United Presort

United Presort is a letter size standard mail commingle company utilizing a one pass workflow. Currently we are seeking Pallet Builders to join our Tulsa Team!

Starting at $12 with a shift Differential of $1.00 for 2nd shift.

1st Shift: Hours: 7am-5:45pm Schedule: Varies based on workload

2nd Shift: Hours: 6:00pm-4:45 am Schedule: Varies based on workload

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for sleeving, strapping, and palletizing postal trays in accordance with postal regulations.
• Responsible for efficient handling of and adequate supply of material to be run on sorting machines.
• Responsible for recording and reporting on production data.
• Responsible for efficient handling of finished postal pallets.
• Once core duties are complete assists coworkers in other areas to assure the success of the entire operation.

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Basic communication and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure of time constraints.
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and occasionally more than 50lbs.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods throughout each shift. Along with frequent bending, twisting and pulling.
• Must have a Flexible work schedule

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• 1-3 years working in a production/manufacturing environment preferred but not required
