Position SummaryWe are seeking four reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Kit Assembly Associates for a short-term project in Tulsa. Associates will assemble allergy testing kits by putting together boxes, organizing and matching kit components, verifying identification numbers, and sealing completed kits. This is an ideal opportunity for someone dependable who can perform repetitive work while maintaining accuracy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assemble flat boxes according to instructions.
- Place the testing stick and book into each box.
- Match the identification sticker number to the corresponding book.
- Apply the matching sticker to the book.
- Verify all required materials are included.
- Ensure components are properly positioned inside each box.
- Seal completed boxes.
- Inspect kits for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow assembly and quality-control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production expectations.
- Report discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- No prior assembly or warehouse experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong ability to accurately match numbers and labels.
- No certifications, licenses, or software experience required.
- Must be available for the entire 3–4 day assignment.
- Previous assembly, packaging, fulfillment, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience.
- Experience with labeling, inventory, or quality-control processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Dependable and reliable work habits.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Ability to handle and assemble boxes and small kit components.
- Ability to bend, reach, and move as needed.
Warehouse/production environment involving hands-on assembly, packaging, labeling, and quality-control activities.
Benefits- No benefits are provided for this short-term temporary assignment.
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for the full assignment.
- Background check and/or drug screen requirements will be based on client requirements.
