This role provides direct supervision, coaching, and development of production team members while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
The Production Supervisor drives continuous improvement initiatives, promotes a culture of accountability, and supports Ameristar's commitment to manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.
