Multi-Process Fabrication Welder — Catoosa, OK Compensation: $25–$30+/hr DOE | Status:

Step into a modern, safety-forward shop where your craftsmanship is front and center. You’ll start your day reviewing prints and weld symbols, set up for the process that fits the job, and deliver clean, accurate welds on structural, pipe, and custom assemblies. You’ll close the day knowing your work met spec, passed inspection, and moved a high-performing team forward.
Your Day-to-Day Execute Flux-Cored (FCAW), MIG (GMAW), and/or TIG (GTAW) welds on fabricated parts and assemblies.
Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings to plan and sequence work.
Fit, square, and align structural steel, pipe sections, and custom metal builds prior to welding.
Verify dimensions and weld quality using a tape measure and inspection tools; hold tight tolerances.
Operate and maintain welders, grinders, torches, and related fabrication equipment safely.
Work across carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys as projects require.
Coordinate with fabricators and production teammates to meet milestones and ship dates.
Uphold housekeeping and safety standards to keep a clean, organized, hazard-free bay.
What You Bring Hands-on experience with Flux Core and/or MIG welding (required); TIG proficiency strongly preferred.
Ability to pass a weld test.
Proven skill reading blueprints and decoding welding symbols.
Detail orientation and a quality-first mindset.
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Tools, Processes, and TechMIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored arc welding equipment.
Blueprint reading and welding setups for production.
Core skills: welding, MIG, TIG, Flux, tape measure proficiency.
