Material Handler/Overhead Crane Operator

2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Training will take place on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) during your first week.

We're looking for a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in keeping production and shipping operations running smoothly by moving materials efficiently, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are delivered on time. • Accurately document material and product movement to maintain inventory integrity.
• Interpret production schedules and shipping orders to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain system accuracy.
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials using forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Support production by prioritizing material flow and minimizing downtime.
• Ensure products are shipped accurately and on schedule.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems to track material movement.

• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Strong material handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory control skills.
• Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment is a plus.

This position is based in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility and requires working safely around heavy equipment and production operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial environment and staying active throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.24 - $26.24/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
