Industrial Trimmer Operator Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Saturday, 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Trimmer Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least six months of manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their skills in a production environment. The Trimmer Operator is responsible for trimming, finishing, and inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality and production standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate trimming equipment and hand tools to remove excess material from manufactured parts.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform finishing work as needed to prepare parts for shipment or further processing.
• Follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the production area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience required.
• Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
