Broken Arrow, OK Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour DOE
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:15 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts) Environment:
Climate-Controlled Manufacturing Facility
We're hiring 2 Panel Bender Helpers / Material Handlers to support our precision sheet metal production team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who wants to build a career in fabrication. We provide training—the most important qualities we're looking for are a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload sheet metal parts from panel bender machines.
- Stage raw materials and move finished products throughout the production area.
- Assist machine operators to keep production running efficiently.
- Inspect parts for obvious defects before moving them to the next operation.
- Stack, organize, and prepare materials for shipping or the next production process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Material handling or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a precision sheet metal manufacturing environment.
