Industrial Painter Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hr starting pay (based on experience). Earn up to $28.00/hr! Performance pay increase opportunity:
Our painters have the opportunity to earn a significant raise after their first 90 days. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, produce quality work with little to no rework, and maintain excellent attendance may receive a pay increase—and the company will retroactively pay the difference for every hour worked during those first 90 days. Shift: Night shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM-3:00 AM. Two weeks of paid training on day shift. Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

We are seeking experienced industrial painters to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare and coat large industrial components using a variety of industrial coatings, including zinc, epoxy, and plural component systems. • Prepare surfaces using sandblasting and other surface preparation methods.
• Clean, mask, and prepare parts for painting.
• Apply industrial coatings including zinc, epoxy, and plural component paints.
• Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects or areas requiring touch-up.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to safely move materials (training available if needed).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all quality standards and safety procedures.

Previous industrial painting experience required. Experience with industrial coatings such as epoxy, zinc, or plural component systems preferred. Experience with sandblasting or surface preparation is a plus. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment. Ability to safely perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Starting pay of $23.00-$25.00/hr based on experience. Opportunity to earn up to $28.00/hr through performance.
