Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Submerged Arc (Sub Arc) Welder to join a growing fabrication shop in Northeast Tulsa. In this role, you will weld structural steel components while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders who thrive in a fast-paced production or fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Sub Arc welding on structural steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and job specifications
• Set up and operate Sub Arc welding equipment efficiently
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with fitters, welders, and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Proven Sub Arc welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality welds
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, bend, and work in a shop environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Structural steel welding experience
• Previous production or fabrication shop experience
• Familiarity with overhead crane operation (a plus)
