Night Shift: 4:00 PM TO 4:00 AM - Train on Days for 3-6 weeks

We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Mill Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This is a hands-on role for a highly skilled machinist with experience in CNC Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM), Fanuc controls, and complex machine setups. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the possibility of permanent placement after successful completion of the assignment.

Position Overview

As a 5-Axis CNC Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for producing precision-machined parts, performing machine setups, and ensuring finished products meet strict quality standards. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and inspect 5-axis CNC mill / HBM machines
• Produce high-quality parts while maintaining close tolerances
• Create your own machine setups based on blueprints and job specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions
• Measure and mark dimensions as guides for machining
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot out-of-tolerance machining and report equipment issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain clean work areas
• Assist with process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
• Operate forklifts and lifting equipment as needed
• Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of CNC HBM machining experience
• 3–5 years of Fanuc controls experience
• Ability to create machine setups independently
• Strong blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing knowledge
• Basic math skills including geometry and algebra
• Forklift experience
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Immediate availability to start if selected
