Industrial Floater (Shipping/Receiving – Saw/Assembly) $17-21/hr

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a dependable Floater to support multiple departments within a busy manufacturing shop in East Tulsa. This role will primarily assist in Shipping & Receiving, Saw Operation, and Assembly, filling in where needed to keep production running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is versatile, reliable, and comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading materials
• Operate saw equipment to cut materials to specifications
• Support assembly of parts and components
• Move materials throughout the shop as needed
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Float between departments based on daily production needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools and operating shop equipment
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable with good attendance
