This hands-on role partners with production teams to solve problems, improve processes, and introduce new products and technologies to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
You will lead capital projects, mentor engineers, and drive Lean initiatives on the shop floor, working closely with design, maintenance, and quality.
