Assembly Fabricator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday–Friday, typically 6:00/7:00 AM–3:30/4:00 PM; occasional Saturdays
Pay: $16–$18+/hour, DOE
Blue Worx Staffing is looking for an Assembly Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Tulsa area. This is a hands-on position focused on fabricating and assembling precision components while maintaining high standards for quality and workmanship.
What You’ll Do as an Assembly Fabricator- Fabricate and assemble metal and non-metal components
- Read and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Measure, mark, cut, drill, grind, deburr, polish, and finish parts
- Operate hand tools, power tools, drills, grinders, presses, shears, and other fabrication equipment
- Assemble components using fasteners, adhesives, and approved assembly methods
- Inspect completed work for proper dimensions, quality, and workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations
- Previous fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience using basic measuring and inspection tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
Pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level
