• Aluminum Welding
• Stainless Steel Welding
• Carbon Steel Welding
• Fabrication & Welding
• Robotic Welding
• Welding Assembly
• Repair Welding

• Perform quality welds according to job specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Select appropriate welding processes, materials, and settings
• Weld various metals and thicknesses depending on the position
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Perform grinding, cutting, fitting, and fabrication as needed
• Measure and position materials accurately
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Maintain welding equipment and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Meet production and quality standards
• Work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Previous welding experience preferred
• Ability to perform quality welds consistently
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints and/or welding symbols is a plus
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods
• Commitment to safety and quality
