We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented machinists with experience operating, setting up, and/or programming CNC or manual machining equipment. Candidates with strong machine operation experience who are looking to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Operate CNC and/or manual machining equipment safely and efficiently
Set up machines according to production specifications
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
Make machine adjustments to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances
Monitor machines during production and identify issues
Perform quality inspections on finished parts
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
Work independently while also contributing to a team environment EXPERIENCE THAT'S A PLUS Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
CNC MillsCNC Lathes Vertical/Horizontal Machining Centers Manual Mills Manual LathesCNC Machine SetupCNC ProgrammingG-code / M-code Blueprint ReadingGD&TPrecision Measurement Tool Changes Offsets Tooling Production Machining Metal Fabrication Quality Inspection WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous machining or CNC experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Comfortable using precision measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Commitment to workplace safety and quality
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and machine operation experience may also be considered for select opportunities.
