Position: 3D CAD Designer
Location: Claremore, OK
Pay: Starting at $70,000/year
Experience: Previous experience in 3D CAD design, mechanical design, product design, or a related role.
Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical design, drafting, engineering technology, industrial design, or a related field is preferred. (Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.)

Pro Recruiters is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D CAD Designer to develop precision components and custom products for the lifted-truck and automotive aftermarket industry. This position will create accurate 3D models and production-ready drawings while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and CNC machining teams.
Job Description- Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and production drawings using CAD software.
- Design custom wheels, center caps, and other precision-machined automotive components.
- Convert concepts, sketches, measurements, and customer requirements into manufacturable designs.
- Prepare accurate dimensions, tolerances, specifications, and bill of materials information.
- Collaborate with CNC programmers, machinists, and production personnel to ensure designs can be manufactured efficiently.
- Review and revise designs based on manufacturing feedback, testing, and product requirements.
- Verify fit, function, appearance, and accuracy before designs are released for production.
- Maintain organized CAD files, drawings, revisions, and design documentation.
- Support new product development and improvements to existing product designs.
- Help identify opportunities to improve product quality, performance, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as Solid Works, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, or a comparable program.
- Automotive aftermarket, custom wheel, or precision-machining experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to create detailed models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
- Understanding of CNC machining, manufacturing processes, materials, tolerances, and dimensions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to visualize products in three dimensions and translate ideas into functional designs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams.
