Responsibilities- Construct complex mechanical and hydraulic systems by utilizing a variety of hand and power tools to meet rigorous engineering standards.
- Execute sub-assembly and final product builds, ensuring every unit meets performance and safety benchmarks.
- Interpret technical documentation and visual guides to ensure precise component alignment and torque specifications.
- Utilize industrial lifting equipment and hoists to safely maneuver heavy components during the build process.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify fit, finish, and functionality of all completed assemblies.
- Maintain detailed production logs and digital records to support workflow transparency and inventory accuracy.
- Contribute to operational efficiency by participating in continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a tidy, safe workspace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn technical assembly processes.
- Ability to stand for extended shifts and lift up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Basic computer literacy for navigating digital work instructions and data entry.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or production environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and workflow optimization.
- Previous experience operating power tools or pneumatic assembly equipment.
