The Mold Operator and Packer main function is to clean and assemble completed components and package for shipping.

• Be able to read and understand work order and refer to product profile to specific job that will be assembled.
• Turn on and heat up wax machine and wax rings before assembly.
• Be able to start the bagging machine for packaging and input proper information off the work order into the computer.
• Must report scrap on requisition and turn in with work order.
• Verifies that proper labels and tags are being used.
• Is responsible for keeping in compliance with the JM Eagle T.H.M. (Total Housekeeping Management) program.

Basic Computer knowledge. Set-up computer for scanning and labeling of parts and pallet.

Correctly label and package product, set in QA line for final inspection.

The employee will aim for zero defects in Mfg., building quality and reliability into the product, and provide the customer with outstanding compliant products, as well as a continual drive for improvement. The employee shall follow the guidelines set forth by the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008).

The employee will be required to follow company safety rules and regulations, including all OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) regulations. All employees are required to wear steel-toed shoes, eye protection and hearing protection in designated areas at all times.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
