The Opportunity

If you have led people and owned decisions, and you want to grow into leading a department, this is a rare seat. The Assembly Specialist owns Flameco's customer-specific line and is the deliberate development track to the Assembly Team Lead.

This is the opportunity to own the box-type and engineer-to-order and make-to-order line as you grow into it, own decisions and develop operators, and develop toward the Assembly Team Lead, reporting to the Assembly Team Lead. Flameco selects a proven leader here and develops them into the lead.

• The customer-specific box-type and ETO and MTO line, grown into: learned to mastery through the ramp, with full line ownership and gate authority earned as you qualify.
• Building customer-specific work to exact specification and configuration, with no assumption carried between builds.
• Owning decisions on the line, developing the operators around it, and holding process discipline; this is where the Team Lead capability is built and shown.
• Process discipline and continuous improvement: running to the standard and tightening the method.
• The gate and sign-off authority for the line, earned as qualified; until then, building to the standard under the SME and Team Lead.
• Accurate real-time work in the Manufacturing App and Net Suite.

This is for a proven leader, someone who has owned decisions and developed people, not a title on paper, with process discipline and systems experience, Net Suite preferred. Product and line mastery is developed here, not required at selection; leadership, process, and systems are what you must bring. Character is non-negotiable: integrity, accountability, humility, and the drive to grow into the Team Lead seat.

• An hourly range of $25 to $27, with placement based on qualifications and demonstrated capability, not tenure.
• End-of-year profit sharing at the Specialist tier, a 6 percent target, and a 401(k) match up to 4 percent.
