Overview
Position Summary:
Coordinates all aspects of digital marketing for TTCU with minimal supervision. Collaborates with the marketing department, cross-functional teams, management, and vendors to promote TTCU, measure results, coordinate projects and implement innovative solutions. Coordinates a communication strategy for branding, marketing, and promotional messaging to reach TTCU’s target audience using all available tactics. Implements the brand strategy through compelling content and creative to ensure consistency and clarity.
Seeks solutions to implement TTCU’s strategic vision through marketing and external communication. Performs duties in compliance with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

- Coordinate website optimization and strategy, conversion tracking, lead/conversion growth and search engine optimization.
- Coordinate the development of innovative new content, like video and infographics, to reach target audiences.
- Manage and coordinate the editing and proofreading processes to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and established creative standards.
- Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and distribution of compelling content across TTCU's websites. Responsibilities include crafting engaging and informative content that ensures brand consistency and clarity. Use website management tools to efficiently update rates, announcements, and other dynamic elements.
- Lead TTCU's social media presence by generating a monthly content calendar and using available management tools to post content in a timely fashion. Develop visually appealing and engaging content for multiple channels (Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, Tik Tok, Pinterest). Coordinate TTCU's written content strategy plan and style guide to work cohesively with the credit union's branding and marketing goals.
Use social media best practices and trends to grow performance metrics and drive higher engagement. Monitor and respond to social media conversations to protect TTCU's reputation and portray the credit union professionally. - Coordinate the execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all channels, leveraging partnerships with third-party vendors to optimize performance and achieve TTCU's business objectives. Channels include digital media, ads, web, digital banking, digital signage, and email marketing. Manage the timely creation of creative and deliverables using the latest digital marketing strategies.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or other related discipline preferred.
- Equivalent level of professional work experience may be considered.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a clean driving record; an annual MVR may be pulled to ensure compliance.
- Certifications related to digital marketing, web design, email marketing, SEO and/or social media management are preferred.
- Experience with sales growth strategies, tactics and analytics related to websites and digital marketing: 5 Years
- Knowledge of financial services and products: 3 years
- Strong website development and maintenance skills, prefer HTML coding knowledge.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Publisher) and graphics programs (Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator).
- Proven success in working with various digital marketing platforms including, but not limited to, Google search and social media channels.
- Proficient knowledge of graphic arts, typography, and layout.
- Experience with Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Search Console).
- Understanding of social media tools and related marketing strategies.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skill, with emphasis on journalistic writing and editing, spelling, grammar, and punctuation including informational and persuasive techniques.
