Legal Marketing Coordinator

Are you a creative, results-driven marketing professional looking to make a real impact? Our dynamic and rapidly growing law firm is seeking aMarketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand, drive lead generation, and enhance client engagement across all platforms.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels - including but not limited to PPC and LSA campaigns, Meta, etc.
• Create compelling content for email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and print materials
• Work with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI (work with intake team to analyze lead quality on a weekly basis)
• Coordinate events, sponsor ships, and community outreach opportunities
• Collaborate with web developers and SEO/SEM specialists to optimize online presence
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify new marketing opportunities
• Assist with managing marketing budget to ensure we are maximizing our efforts in the right avenues.
• Accurately track all leads to ensure the success of all campaigns.
• Create content for social media platforms such as instagram, facebook, linkedin, X, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
• Proficiency with marketing tools like Canva, Google Ads, and social media platforms
• Google LSA/PPC knowledge required
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• This role requires in person attendance.
