Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch teams and community organizations to identify and execute community marketing opportunities, including sponsor ships, events, and local partnerships.
• Manage sponsor ships and brand partnerships, ensuring deliverables and contracts are fulfilled.
• Coordinate sponsorship assets, event activations, logistics, and staffing support.
• Track sponsorship documentation and performance to evaluate impact and inform future efforts.
• Coordinate and manage internal marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with marketing team and cross-functional partners.
• Manage internal communication posts related to department campaigns, events and other marketing activities.
• Schedule, assign, and manage marketing projects using project management tools (e.g., Wrike).
• Launch and manage brand and signage content across member channels, including ATMs, Lobby TV, Online Banking, and Mobile platforms.
• Serve as liaison for management and maintenance of the internal company and printer stores, promotional and event related inventory.
• Collect and manage billing collection and processing of but not limited to sponsor ships, event, and vendor-related expenses.
• Other duties as assigned.
