Marketing Specialist – Commercial Real Estate

This role supports our brokerage team by creating high-quality property marketing materials, managing social media content, and coordinating reports. Ideal candidates are creative, organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Design property flyers, brochures, and offering memorandums
• Maintain property listings and visuals across company platforms
• Plan and publish social media content
• Support brokers with timely, proactive marketing services
• Assist with bi-annual market trend reports
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Required:

• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator & In Design
• Experience with social media and digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills

Preferred:

• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
• Mail Chimp and Webflow experience
