About LeadlineAt Leadline Marketing, marketing isn't just an expense; it's an investment that must generate measurable returns. Our approach is built on transparency, data-driven insights, and real business outcomes. We don't just drive visibility; we drive revenue.
As a full-service digital marketing company, we help businesses go to market, expand their online presence, and turn marketing into a profit-generating engine. Through deep collaboration and data-backed strategies, we ensure every marketing initiative delivers tangible, trackable results.
We work alongside business leaders who demand marketing that moves the needle, scaling revenue, increasing market share, and driving customer engagement. If you're passionate about the operational side of marketing that makes great work actually happen, we want you on our team.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Traffic Manager to oversee the end-to-end workflow of campaigns across our full-service marketing team. This role is the operational backbone of how work moves at Leadline, keeping campaigns on track, assets delivered, and teams aligned from kickoff to launch.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing operations, media buying workflows, and project management, with the instincts to spot bottlenecks before they become problems and the communication skills to keep every stakeholder in sync.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the central point of coordination from intake through launch, for all active and upcoming campaigns across paid social, search, programmatic, SEO, creative, and web.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, timelines, and workflows to ensure the timely delivery of all marketing assets across client accounts.
- Collaborate daily with media buyers, creatives, strategists, analysts, and account teams to ensure alignment across all campaign components.
- Monitor campaign progress across all active projects, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks, resource conflicts, and deadline risks before they escalade.
- Manage creative asset delivery, trafficking tags, and QA processes to ensure flawless campaign setup and execution.
- Oversee trafficking in ad platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok, DV360) as needed, or coordinate handoffs to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain campaign documentation, status reports, and internal reporting templates to keep leadership and client teams informed.
- Own and continuously improve the agency's workflow processes, championing tools, templates, and habits that increase speed-to-market and reduce rework.
- Ensure all work meets client specifications, brand guidelines, and platform policies before it goes out the door.
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing, media agency, or performance marketing environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with structured PM methodologies is a plus (PMP, Agile, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with trafficking platforms (CM360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.).
- Familiarity with media buying workflows, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and core performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL).
- Excellent communication skills; you're equally comfortable in a quick Slack thread, a board update, and a client status call.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight, simultaneous deadlines.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, outcomes‑driven environment where accountability is the norm, not the exception.
- Project management:
- Collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity thrives
- Professional development and growth opportunities
- Competitive compensation plus commissions on upsells
- Monday–Thursday, 9 am–5 pm (with flexibility when projects demand it)
- Health Insurance (70% of highest deductible plan paid by employer for employee coverage)
