Job Summary

Marketing Communications Specialist – We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role involves working across multiple platforms to craft a cohesive company voice and execute marketing strategies, track campaign performance, and stay abreast of industry trends.

• Work across numerous platforms to fulfill the marketing team’s goals and objectives.
• Plan, schedule, and manage company‑specific social media content on platforms such as Linked In, Facebook, etc.
• Track marketing campaign progress and objectives by monitoring performance metrics, trends, and engagement.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the message and vision of the company are communicated accurately.
• Oversee and support a graphic design team of three.
• Develop fresh design concepts that align with company goals.
• Assist with planning and/or attending company events, trade shows, or conferences as needed.

• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and basic SEO principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and video editing software.

Full‑time – Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (in‑office requirement). Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
