Job Description

The Sponsorship & Event Specialist supports the execution of enterprise sponsor ships and client engagement events, with a focus on accurate fulfillment, operational coordination, and performance tracking. This role is responsible for ensuring sponsorship assets are delivered as agreed and event elements are executed seamlessly in support of broader marketing objectives.

This individual contributes to the measurement and evaluation of sponsorship and event performance by supporting data collection, tracking key metrics, and developing post-event and post-sponsorship reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to translate executional outputs into clear, actionable insights.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will coordinate sponsorship activations and events to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand standards.
  • You will manage sponsorship assets and contractual benefits, ensuring accurate fulfillment and documentation.
  • You will support event logistics through vendor coordination, material preparation, and on-site execution.
  • You will maintain sponsorship and event records, including budgets, attendance, engagement, and fulfillment metrics.
  • You will track and consolidate performance data to measure results and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • You will create post-event recaps and identify opportunities to improve future sponsorship and event outcomes.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and 4–6 years of relevant experience in sponsorship coordination, event support, marketing operations, or related roles.

Demonstrated experience supporting sponsorship programs, client events, or marketing initiatives within a structured organization is expected, along with experience contributing to performance tracking and reporting, including exposure to KPIs, ROI measurement, or event and sponsorship analytics.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with precision.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and data points simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to clear, concise reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to synthesize execution data into meaningful insights to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or event management tools preferred.
  • Ability to support performance tracking efforts, including data collection, metric validation, and contribution to post-event and post-sponsorship reporting.
  • Working knowledge of sponsorship fulfillment processes, event logistics, and marketing coordination within established brand and business frameworks.
