You'll create engaging campaigns, develop digital and social media content, support community outreach and events, and help ensure every interaction reflects the heart of the PHP brand. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, business development, employer experience, clinic leadership, and vendor partners, you'll help grow brand awareness, strengthen patient engagement, and attract new members and employer groups.

The Marketing Coordinator helps bring the Primary Health Partners mission to life by sharing the story of healthcare done differently. In this role, you'll plan and coordinate marketing initiatives that promote our providers, services, and Direct Primary Care (DPC) model while creating meaningful connections with patients, employers, and the community.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, business development, employer experience, clinic leadership, and vendor partners, you'll create engaging content, manage digital and social media, support community events, strengthen our brand, and help drive the continued growth of PHP.

Key Responsibilites:- Own a recurring visit schedule across all 11 clinics.
- Photograph/film physicians, staff, and clinics — supports employer sales, physician recruitment, and B2C content needs.
- Edit short-form video and create graphics using brand templates.
- Maintain a searchable asset library tagged by provider, clinic, and use case.
- Monitor engagement daily; respond within brand voice guidelines.
- Escalate any patient care question or complaint to Marketing Director/clinical — never respond solo.
- Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific assets.
- Manage Google Business Profiles for all 11 locations (photos, posts, hours).
- Monitor and respond to reviews across GBP, Health grades, Facebook.
- Flag outdated provider bios, hours, or location info for Marketing Director’s review.
- On-site photo/video at employer events, grand openings, health fairs, and internal events (anniversary, roundtable).
- Recap content delivered within 48 hours.
- Booth/signage/giveaway logistics support.
- Maintain brand templates and asset files.
- Coordinate print, signage, and promo item vendors.
- Basic website QA — flag outdated content for the Marketing Director, not authoring changes.
Required:
- Graphic Design (Canva Pro, Adobe Suite).
- Photography and Videography (DSLR, Lightroom).
- Writing (Social Media, Blogs, SEO, Press Releases).
- AI content tools for speed on low-stakes tasks (captions, alt text) — not a substitute for original capture.
- Familiar or ability to learn Teamwork or Asana project management software
- Writing skills- blog and press release
- Must possess a car and valid driver’s license to visit clinics.
