WhatYou Will DoEvent Planning & Vendor Coordination
- Plan and execute trade shows, showcase events, and webinars that engage and connect with our audience.
- Manage event logistics, from venue selection and booth design to registration and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and foster strong relationships to ensure seamless event execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring timely deliverables and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Track and manage co-op/MDF dollars and joint vendor marketing programs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate joint marketing initiatives to maximize brand impact.
- Assist in crafting compelling email campaigns, website updates, social media content, and print materials.
- Support webinar coordination, including vendor selection, logistics, and presentation oversight.
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations and support team communication.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Adapt to the evolving marketplace, ensuring marketing strategies stay fresh and impactful.
- Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate marketing or event planning.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing trade shows or large-scale corporate events.
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to company offices or event sites.
