Circle of Care in Tulsa is seeking a Case Manager for Pearls Hope to lead housing support, education, and family stabilization in a faith-based nonprofit. You will develop and monitor ISPs, conduct weekly check-ins, coordinate referrals, and connect participants with community resources while advocating for rights and safety.
Required:
bachelor’s degree in social work or 5 years direct care experience, valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and a commitment to serving diverse populations.
