Manpower is hiring a Part-Time Community Engagement Coordinator in Tulsa!
$24.00
20 hours per week
Are you passionate about helping others, the health and well-being of our citizens, and great at connecting with people? We’re looking for an organized, outgoing professional who can build relationships with Tulsa residents, neighborhood leaders, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and community partners.
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
What You’ll Be Doing:- Conduct community outreach about Health & Wellbeing Programs throughout Tulsa
- Build relationships with residents and community organizations
- Attend neighborhood events, listening sessions, and coalition meetings
- Coordinate communication and follow-up with community partners
- Assist with meetings, scheduling, agendas, notes, and documentation
- Track community needs, partner activity, and outreach efforts
- Support community events, trainings, and neighborhood visits
- Help gather information for program and grant reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Community outreach, nonprofit, organizing, public health, or related experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and interact professionally with diverse communities
Preferred: Experience working within Tulsa communities, coalition or community program experience, and bilingual English/Spanish or English/Burmese skills.
