The Department offers a wide variety of surgical specialties across our 9 operating theatres including cardiothoracic, vascular, neurosurgery, ENT, bariatrics, urology, orthopaedic and general surgery. You will play a key role in supporting safe and efficient surgical outcomes while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

• Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
• Minimum two years’ experience within PACU nursing.
• ALS required and PALS highly desirable.
• Available to work across a 7-day rotating roster and take part in on call duties.
• Any postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Overall, your positive attitude and ability to flourish in a high-energy environment will see you succeed in this role.

Remuneration: A base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01 + superannuation + applicable penalty rates. Based on experience level and qualifications (QLD Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 1.2-1.8)
