Full‑time maternity leave position for a Provisional Obstetrics and Gynaecology Registrar over a 10‑month period from Monday, 23 March 2026 to 3 January 2027
, rotating through the Monash Women’s sites, regional Victoria teaching hospitals and the private sector. This role offers structured experience across obstetrics and gynaecology, preparing successful candidates for future FRANZCOG or RANZCOG training.

This position will:
• Develop procedural skills in instrumental births and caesarean sections
• Supervise the birth suite and minor gynaecology operating
• Assist in preparing and supporting applications for college training and interview

• Commitment to provide excellence in patient care

• Primary medical degree (MBBS) or equivalent
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
