Positions are available in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.

• Reports directly to the nurse manager, may also take direction from licensed nurses on duty or other supervisory staff.
• Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Acts in a service capacity, assisting residents with basic personal care according to procedures and daily assignments.
• Includes but is not limited to bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toilet activities, grooming, feeding, transportation/transfer, etc.
• Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner by providing light housekeeping, changing linen, making beds, putting away clothing and personal effects, tidying bedside tables, shelves, closets, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Assists with resident laundry ensuring clothes are marked, clean and mended, ironed, and put away.
• Notifies supervisor of clothing needs as they occur.
• Prepares residents for meals, assists with serving meals and feeding of residents.
• May be cross‑trained in Assisted Living.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion and passing of the approved Nursing Assistant program in the state.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

#Nursing Support

Pay Range: $15.28 - $18.66 per hour. A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $15.28 - $18.66 per hour. The actual offered rate will depend on job‑related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location and internal and external equity.
