Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans; monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate; serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care; notes and carries out physician and nursing orders; assesses and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Complexity of work is within the scope of the job, requiring critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while working in a stressful environment.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing order.
• Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
