Tulsa, OK – RN - Registered Nurse at The Villages at Southern Hills Tulsa, OK is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) with skilled nursing experience to provide long‑term and rehabilitative care. As an RN you will participate in and direct patient care in line with clinical systems, regulations, and physician orders. You will ensure the highest quality services in a customer‑service‑friendly environment and play a key role in creating a positive resident experience.

• Maintain nursing service objectives and standards consistent with licensure and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate staffing patterns needed to meet resident needs in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medication/treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders.
• Implement and evaluate care plans.
• Identify and secure equipment supplies.
• Direct and supervise subordinates.
• Participate in duty assignments.
• Organize and coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversee and monitor the function and activities of subordinate staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate action or discipline/training.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents/incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current valid RN license required.
• Experience in long‑term healthcare preferred.
• Management/supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.
