Position: Nurse Practitioner | $200K + Bonus | 4 Days Workweek | Full Benefits

A long-term care and post-acute program in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive care to elderly and medically complex residents at a skilled nursing facility. This is a high-autonomy, relationship-based role with a genuinely unique schedule — Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM plus every other Friday — and a compensation ceiling of $200,000 through a strong base salary plus RVU productivity model.

You'll serve as the primary clinical point of contact for nursing staff, managing complex chronic conditions, performing rounds, and collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure the overall wellbeing of a resident population that benefits deeply from consistent, high-quality advanced practice care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive rounds including patient history, physical exam, and EHR documentation
  • Organize rounding schedule, notes, labs, and imaging reports within the EHR
  • Communicate with Director of Nursing and floor nurses before and after rounds
  • Write and activate new orders at time of rounds
  • Serve as first point of contact for nursing staff questions on patients seen
  • Manage chronic conditions and complex medical needs for elderly residents
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per regulatory standards
  • Occasional after-hours calls or texts for clinical questions as needed
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
  • DEA registration and BLS certification required
  • 1–3 years NP experience; geriatrics or post-acute care experience preferred
  • Comfortable with EHR systems and medical coding/billing fundamentals
  • Excellent communication with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams
Schedule & Compensation
  • $140,000–$200,000/year + RVU productivity bonus
  • Monday–Thursday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM + every other Friday
  • Skilled nursing / long-term care setting
