Travel RN – ICU (Intensive Care Unit) – Tulsa, Oklahoma

American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU for a 13‑week assignment at a Level 3 Trauma Center in Oklahoma.

Epic charting experience and prior travel assignment experience are required.

• Manage critically ill patients with complex conditions (CRRT, hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, multiple vasoactive drips).
• Perform central line setup & management, arterial line management, and CVP monitoring.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2, occasionally 1:3.
• Float to Med/Surg (1:5) or ER based on census as needed.

• Active OK RN license or Compact RN license — no pending licenses accepted.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
• Recent Epic EMR experience documented on your work history profile.
• Minimum 3 years of hospital ICU experience preferred.
• Basic dysrhythmia recognition training required.
• Minimum two successful prior travel assignments with no performance or attendance issues.
• No background hits allowed.
• Must complete all assigned modules before start date.

• Must be available to report to lab for compliance testing within 48–72 hours of signing a contract.
• Zero‑fault attendance policy: any missed shift is unexcused; 2 missed shifts = warning; 3 missed shifts may lead to contract cancellation.
• RTO limited to 5 days per 13‑week assignment; no RTO during holidays.
• Scrub color varies by unit.
• Parking is free.
• Lead time for requests and RTO: no requests accepted after submission or while on contract.
