* Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advance practice providers representing more than 30 specialties across 82 sites in Oklahoma, serving 21 communities.

* Accountable for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.

* Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.

* Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient's status.

* Participate in the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and high quality patient care.

* Expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Job Requirements:

* Oklahoma State LPN License

* BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
