• Thursday through Saturday plus every other Wednesday
• Sunday through Tuesday plus every other Wednesday

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time nurses
• Now offering $26–$30 per hour depending on experience
• Shift differential pay
• Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift

• Assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
• Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
• Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with resident needs and team members’ capabilities and qualifications
• Administer medications
• Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
• Document treatments as required
• Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean, maintained, and safe
• Other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid RN or LPN license for the state of Oklahoma required
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of the organization
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
