- Thursday through Saturday plus every other Wednesday
- Sunday through Tuesday plus every other Wednesday
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time nurses
- Now offering $26–$30 per hour depending on experience
- Shift differential pay
- Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift

- Assist in all aspects of nursing
- Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
- Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
- Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with resident needs and team members’ capabilities and qualifications
- Administer medications
- Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
- Document treatments as required
- Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean, maintained, and safe
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Valid RN or LPN license for the state of Oklahoma required
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of the organization
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
- Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
