Registered Nurse; RN - Nights | Tulsa LTACH

We are hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse. The RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing, and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. The RN plans, coordinates, and provides patient care, including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post‑hospitalization, and accessing community resources.

May perform other related duties as assigned, including Charge Nurse duties (ACLS certification required).

• RN License in the state you are applying for
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days. ACLS required for Charge Nurses, High Obs, ICU.
• One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in emergency or critical care environments preferred.
• Comfort working with vents/trachs/PICC lines preferred.
• Two years of direct patient care experience preferred.
