Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13‑week assignment in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Job Details- Specialty: SICU – Surgical Intensive Care
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours:
36 hours per week - Shift: 12‑hour nights
- Employment Type:
Travel - Pay package:
Tax‑free stipend (amount to be determined)
- Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
