About the PositionTravel Nurse Source is working with Conflux Systems Inc to find a qualified CVU RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73503.
Primary Role
Provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from serious cardiac events or surgeries, such as heart attacks, bypass surgery, or heart failure.
Duties
- Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms using telemetry
- Assess vital signs (BP, heart rate, oxygen levels)
- Watch for signs of deterioration (arrhythmias, chest pain)
- Acute coronary syndrome management
- Heart failure management
- Post‑cardiac surgery recovery
- Recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies

Requirements- Active RN license
- BLS/BCLS & ACLS certification
- Experience in ICU, telemetry, or med‑surg preferred
- NIHSS‑Required
