Cardiovascular Unit Nurse
Department:
Cardiovascular Unit
Shift Timings: 18:30- 07:00 Hours from Monday to Friday. (3 Days/12 Hours)
Per Week: 36 Hours
Cardiovascular and general intensive care population Nurse to patient ratio 1-2:1, 3:1 critical staffing Need BLS, ACLS
Experience
Required:
2 Years
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
