Job Summary
- Department:
Cardiovascular Unit - Shift Timings: 18:30-07:00 Hours from Monday to Friday (3 Days/12 Hours)
- Per Week: 36 Hours
- Cardiovascular and general intensive care population Nurse to patient ratio 1-2:1, 3:1 critical staffing; need BLS, ACLS
- Experience
Required:
2 Years
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
