Starting pay $37+/hour DOE; plus Crisis Care Center $5,000 Annual Program Premium, and stacking shift differentials. Average RN earns $40+ hourly. PLUS additional $5,000 First year BONUS! Full-time 12 hour shifts available 7a-7:30p.

We are a large, premier non‑profit behavioral health organization that has served the community for over a century. The Crisis Care Center team operates in a clean, safe facility with full staff working in cooperation and security on site at all times.
Responsibilities- Work with a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced psychiatric crisis‑centered environment
- Conduct nursing assessments of physical and mental health
- Coordinate and supervise client care, including individualized crisis planning, discharge planning and care coordination
- Provide medical psychiatric assistance to adult consumers with mental illness or co‑occurring disorders
- Maintain confidentiality of materials processed and implement health strategies to minimize disabling effects of mental illness and substance abuse disorder
- Incorporate disease‑management models addressing behavioral disorders
- Current Oklahoma license:
Registered Nurse (RN) - One‑year experience in the psychiatric field preferred
- Knowledge of co‑occurring disorders and appropriate interventions
- Completion of registered nurse program and current RN license in the State of Oklahoma
- Knowledge of professional RN practice care techniques and medical procedures, medical supplies, sanitation and personal hygiene; and nutrition
- Skill in planning, organizing and applying nursing care techniques with clients with mental illness and co‑occurring disorders
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and exercise judgment, initiative and self‑control
- Must be able to lift or maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds and perform frequent repetitive motions (bending, stooping, twisting, squatting, reaching, pulling, pushing)
- Must be able to stand and/or walk a minimum of 8 hours at a time during each shift
Family & Children’s Services works to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families and provide hope for those battling mental illness and addiction. The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model offers team‑based care and whole‑person care for adults and children with complex mental health and substance use challenges.
