Join the caring team at Tru Heart Hospice as a 7 On / 7 Off On-Call RN and help provide comfort, dignity, and support to patients and families during life’s most important moments.

The On-Call RN is responsible for providing after-hours hospice nursing support, triage, crisis intervention, and visits as needed for hospice patients in homes, facilities, and assisted living settings. This position works a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
, offering excellent work-life balance.

• Respond to after-hours patient and caregiver calls
• Provide skilled nursing assessments and interventions
• Manage symptom control and end-of-life care needs
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Participate in admissions or pronouncements as needed

• Current Oklahoma RN license
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate bedside manner and excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage on-call responsibilities
